Dr Neil Hudson was shown inside Upshire Primary Foundation School’s decommissioned train, which is being transformed into a space for learning, after-school clubs, and community activities.
The MP described the visit as a “pleasure,” and praised the school’s creative vision.

“I was particularly impressed by the school’s creative use of a decommissioned train in the school grounds and the exciting learning and community space this provides.”
During his visit, Dr Hudson met with Year 3 pupils and took part in a Q&A session about his work as a Member of Parliament and his background as a vet.
