Zan Marseilles is facing five counts of sexual assault, said to have taken place in Epsom and Banstead.
Surrey Police said the charges follow an investigation into reports made earlier this year.
The 62-year-old is due to appear at Staines Magistrates’ Court on October 31.
A spokesperson for Surrey Police said: “A man has been charged with sexual assault following an investigation.
“Zan Marseilles, 62, of Carshalton, was charged with five counts of sexual assault against two women in Epsom and Banstead.
“He is due to appear at Staines Magistrates Court on Friday, 31 October.”
