Harrow Road was closed off this morning (August 14) at 11.12am following reports of a fire.
Firefighters tackled the blaze on the third floor of a terraced building with a shop on the ground floor.
It was eventually under control at around 11.37am.
One person was rescued by firefighters while wearing a breathing apparatus.
Medics treated the patient at the scene before taking them to hospital.
Three other people were also assessed for smoke inhalation before being discharged.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11.12am today (14 August) to reports of a fire on Harrow Road, W9.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and paramedics from our hazardous area response team.
“Our first paramedic arrived on scene in approximately three minutes.
“We treated one patient before taking them to hospital. We also assessed three people for smoke inhalation and discharged them at the scene.”
