Applicant Jonathan Shemma, under the company name Wynn Weinzweig UK JV Co Ltd, has submitted plans to build 37 homes across four blocks up to four storeys on a site immediately adjacent to the East Coast Main Line and just 300m from Alexandra Palace Station.
A former industrial site, comprising a mix of vacant two storey and single storey units, the proposed area is accessed via an alleyway on Crescent Road.
None of the buildings on the site are locally or statutorily listed, nor is the site located within a conservation area.

The development seeks to deliver six studio homes, 13 one-bedroom homes, 15 two-bedroom homes, and three three-bedroom homes as well as four accessible car parking spaces, associated landscaping and cycle parking,
The proposal does not include affordable housing.
