The changes are due to engineering work and will affect trains from Monday to Friday (August 11 to August 15).
We have outlined and simplified the details so you can plan your journey this week.
Monday and Tuesday (August 11 and August 12):
Engineering work is taking place overnight in the Lewisham area, closing some lines.
From approximately 11.15pm, trains will not be able to stop at Lewisham.
Trains via Bexleyheath will not run or will be diverted to run via Sidcup.
Trains on the Hayes line will be diverted after New Beckenham to Bromley South except the 11.38pm train from London Charing Cross to Hayes and the 12.09am train from London Cannon Street to Hayes which will not run.
From 10.45pm until the end of service, replacement buses will run between London Bridge, Lewisham and Hayes
The 10.18pm and 10.48pm trains from London Charing Cross to Hayes trains will run normally as far as New Beckenham, and will then be diverted to Bromley South.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (August 11, August 12, and August 14):
From 11.55pm until the end of service, trains towards Orpington and Sevenoaks will not stop at Lewisham.
Passengers travelling from Lewisham will need to change at Hither Green for services towards Orpington and Sevenoaks.
A replacement bus will also leave Lewisham at 1.10am calling at all stations to Orpington.
Tuesday to Friday (August 12 to August 15):
The 4.33am train from Gravesend to London Charing Cross via Sidcup train will start from Dartford at 4.50am.
A replacement bus will leave Gravesend at 4.13am calling at all stations to Dartford.
The weather is expected to be very warm this weekend, and all passengers are advised to travel with a bottle of water.
Passengers should not board the train if they are feeling unwell.
