Patients had their say on how simple it was to call their surgery in the annual GP Patient Survey.
Park Road Medical Centre, Wrythe Green Surgery, and Grove Road Practice emerged as the top three in the ‘ease of phone contact positive’ category.
Meanwhile, Cheam GP Centre, Manor Practice, and James O’Riordan Medical Centre emerged as the top three in the ‘ease of phone contact negative’ category.
While these surgeries were ranked in the bottom three, it’s worth pointing out that these results are from a GP patient survey, which also ranks overall experience, helpful receptionists, getting to see a GP, and booking an appointment – which some of these surgeries thrive in.
However, this list focuses solely on how patients found getting hold of their GPs on the phone.
