The incident happened in Longland Drive at around 9.30am today (August 6).
The London Ambulance Service attended the scene and treated a woman and child before taking them to a nearby hospital.
The road remains partially blocked both ways at Greenway.
A detour is in operation for bus 326.
The detour is running via High Road, Kingsway, Ballards Lane, Alexandra Grove and Courthouse Road.
Buses will not serve stops from ‘Totteridge & Whetstone Station’ (A / B) to ‘Sussex Ring’ in either direction.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said:
“We were called at 9.38am today (6 August) to reports of a road traffic collision on Longland Drive, Whetstone.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
“We treated a woman and a child for minor injuries before taking them to a local hospital.”
