The Bromley Common Social and Athletic Club, in Great Elms Road, was given this rating after an inspection on June 20.
The club, which is members-only and described as “friendly” on its Facebook, was told that major improvements are needed in the cleanliness and condition of its facilities and building.
The management of food safety was also rated as needing “major improvement” and the food handling was rated as “improvement necessary”.

The Bromley Common Social and Athletic Club is described on its website as a “friendly members social club” and is also known as The Shed, Working Men’s, and Great Elms Club.
Their Facebook page says that new members are welcome and that all events and the bar are members-only.
The Bromley Common Social & Athletic Club was approached for a comment but did not respond.
