The winners are King Edward VII park in Wembley, Harlesden’s Bramshill Open Space and Kingsbury’s walled garden at Roe Green.
The three open spaces managed by Brent Council contractors received the award last week for ‘excellence and good management’.

The walled garden is cared for by the Barn Hill Conservation Group, although public access days are limited.
“Volunteers make our green spaces great,” Brent Council’s environment cabinet member Krupa Sheth said. “Everyone works so hard keeping our green spaces so welcoming.”
The Green Flag scheme run by the Keep Britain Tidy environment charity for the Department of Local Government sets the “gold standard for excellence” in the UK and abroad to promote well-looked after public spaces around the world.
