Mountain Warehouse, which has more than 400 stores across the world, has officially opened the doors of its Kingston store.
The 7,795-square-foot shop in Clarence Street will sell a range of its best-selling products including walking boots and camping equipment.
Mountain Warehouse founder Mark Neale said: “This new store is a thrilling next step for us as we continue to grow as a business and introduce our products to key shopping destinations such as Kingston.
“It’s a vibrant area with a strong sense of community, and we’re excited to share our passion for adventure with residents and visitors alike.
“Sometimes, adventure is right on your doorstep – whether it’s the school run, pitching a tent at a festival, or getting caught in the rain, we’re here for all of it.”
The new store opening has created 16 jobs in the area.
Established in 1997, Mountain Warehouse operates more than 400 stores and multiple websites across nine countries, with the UK ranking as its largest market.
