Agyemang netted in the dying seconds to rescue a 1-1 draw against Italy, before Chloe Kelly scored the winner in extra time.
It marks a meteoric rise for the Arsenal striker, born in South Ockendon in February 2006.
She joined the Gunners aged six and has played for England at various age groups, including under 16s, under 17s, under 19s and under 23s.
The striker made her debut for the senior Arsenal side at just 16 in November 22, after netting 19 goals in just 11 appearances to take the under-21s to an Academy League title.
Agyemang spent 2023/24 on loan at Watford, before signing her first professional contract with Arsenal in May 2024.
Last season, she scored five goals on loan at Women’s Super League side Brighton.
Her success in Euro 2025 is not her first impact on major tournament football – scoring a hattrick on the way to helping England to the Under-19 Euros final last year.
She scored her first senior England goal a remarkable 41 seconds after coming off the bench against Belgium earlier this year.
Agyemang’s rise has continued after being named in Sarina Wiegman’s squad for Euro 2025.
She scored the equaliser in the quarter-final against Sweden, enabling the Lionesses to take the game to penalties and triumph.
Her intervention in the semi-final was even more crucial, scoring in the 96th minute with England on the brink of going out.
