Tucked inside 22 Bishopsgate, the venue felt like a secret escape above the city.
It was surprisingly quiet for central London, making the experience feel exclusive and relaxed.

The service was quick, friendly, and incredibly polished from start to finish.
We kicked things off with bottomless Aperol Spritz, which arrived chilled and perfectly balanced.
For starters, we chose the wild mushroom arancini and crespelle with prosciutto and parmesan.

The portion sizes were ideal – not too small, not overdone – just right for a leisurely brunch.
I followed with the steak sandwich, layered with goat’s cheese, sage butter, and onion marmalade.
It came with crispy fries and tasted indulgent without being too rich for the warm weather.

It was the perfect dish for a hot day, refreshing and filling in all the right ways.
The menu had a seasonal feel, and each plate felt considered and well-executed.
After our meal, we made our way to the lift for the next part of the experience.

Zooming up to Level 58, we were met with sweeping 300-degree views of London.

It was a breathtaking way to end the afternoon and made the brunch feel even more special.
