Metropolitan Police officers were called to Allen Gardens, along Buxton Street and Cole Street, in the early hours of July 18.
A woman in her 30s reported that she had been raped.
Allen Gardens was cordoned off from July 18 to July 20 while the investigation got underway.

A spokesperson for the Met said: “Police are investigating after a woman in her 30s reported that she had been raped in Allen Gardens, Tower Hamlets in the early hours on Friday, 18 July.”

“No arrests have been made as of yet and enquiries remain ongoing.”
