All the banned items from Wembley Stadium
Wembley Stadium has a list of prohibited items that can not be brought into the venue for health and safety.
If you do have a prohibited item, it could be confiscated or you could potentially be refused entry.
The items you can not bring into Wembley are:
- Bags that do not meet the bag policy
- Large Umbrellas
- Aluminium and glass drink containers, plastic bottles over 500ml
- Alcohol
- Food and drink
- Pushchairs
- Selfie Sticks
- Weapons and tools
- Flares, lasers, some devices and canisters
- Large-bodied cameras and camcorders
- Drones
- Unauthorised musical instruments and vuvuzelas
- Any national flag not of the competing international teams
The items you can bring to Wembley Stadium are:
- Bags that meet the bag policy
- Small umbrellas
- Clear empty plastic bottles 500ml or less
- Small banners/signs
- Crutches and walking aids
Wembley Bag Policy
Wembley Stadium prohibits any ticket holders from bringing any bags into the stadium unless they adhere to the venue’s regulations. If you have a bag that is non-compliant, you will be refused entry.
All bags are checked at an outdoor cordon, and for any dispute of size, a bag gauge will be used, so it’s best to keep bags small.

The most important rule to follow is that bags must be no larger than an A4 piece of paper.

- Depth 210mm (8.27 inches)
Also, all bags will be inspected, and this may include personal wanding or a pat-down. Plus, any merchandise brought will be supplied in a clear plastic bag.
