Late night/early morning service changes
Between Monday and Friday, engineering work overnight on the Southeastern network will affect the following services:
- Tuesday to Friday – From 11.55pm until end of service, accessible buses will replace trains between Beckenham Junction and Orpington, calling at all stations.
- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – From 12.30am until end of service, trains towards Orpington and Sevenoaks will not stop at Lewisham.
- There will be an additional late-night service to Lewisham, departing London Cannon Street at 12.57am on Wednesday, and London Charing Cross at 12.53am on Thursday and Friday. This service runs non-stop between London Bridge and Lewisham.

Saturday and Sunday, July 26 – 27
Buses replace trains between Lewisham/New Beckenham and Hayes (Kent)
Engineering work between New Beckenham and Hayes (extended from Lewisham on Sunday) means full weekend closures:
- Trains from London Charing Cross to Hayes will run every 30 minutes and will be diverted via Beckenham Junction after New Beckenham.
- Accessible replacement buses will run between Beckenham Junction and Hayes, calling at all stations.
- No trains will run between Charing Cross and Hayes.
- Accessible replacement buses will run between Lewisham and Hayes, calling at all stations and Beckenham Junction.

Sunday, July 27
Buses replace early‑morning trains between Slade Green and Dartford
On Sunday, engineering works are taking place between Slade Green/Dartford and Strood:
- 1.15am – 2am: Buses will replace trains between Slade Green and Gravesend.
- Start of service until 7am: Buses will replace trains from Dartford to Slade Green, with buses running at 6.25 am and 6.39am.
Following that, services start from Slade Green:
- The 6.50am Dartford to London Charing Cross via Sidcup begins from Slade Green at 7.49am.
- The 7.02am Dartford to London Victoria via Bexleyheath begins at 7.03am from Slade Green.
Sunday May 18 to Sunday July 27
Ongoing Blackheath Tunnel repair work
Engineering work on the Blackheath Tunnel is continuing until Sunday 27 July, closing all lines between Blackheath and Charlton:
- No trains will run between Blackheath and Charlton.
- Most Dartford to London Cannon Street services via Woolwich Arsenal/Lewisham will be diverted via Greenwich.
- Two trains will run per hour between Blackheath and Cannon Street, with extra peak services via Bexleyheath.
Alternative travel options:
- London Bus routes 54 and 380 (Blackheath–Charlton–Woolwich and Charlton–Greenwich)
- Docklands Light Railway (DLR) between Lewisham and Greenwich
- Validity on Southeastern services between London Bridge and Dartford for connections (no break-of-journey)
- London Bus route SL3 between Abbey Wood, Bexleyheath and Sidcup (standard fare)
