Police were called to Harrow Road yesterday (July 19) at 10.57pm to reports of a man who collapsed.
At the scene, he was found seriously injured after being assaulted.
Police say he remains in a life-threatening condition.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
A cordon was in place near to Felixstowe Road and Greyhound Road, a short distance away from the cemetery.
Investigations into the assault continues.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10:53pm on Saturday 19 July to reports of an incident on Harrow Road, NW10.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer.
“Our crews treated one patient before taking them to hospital.”
