Kent Police received a report that between 3am and 4.15am on Thursday, July 10, a man carried out an indecent act in the Church Road area of Stone.
Officers attended and carried out initial enquiries.
Investigators have now released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident, as he may have information that could assist their investigation.
