Herry Fred Barros Cabral, 24, of Walthamstow, appeared on June 20, 2025, and must pay £151.00 in a fine, costs, and a surcharge.
He pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug – cannabis – in contravention of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 on May 12, 2025.
Taylor Maffia, 24, of Romford, appeared on June 20, 2025, and must pay £165.00 in a fine, costs, and a surcharge.
He pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug – cannabis – contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 on May 12, 2025.
Forfeiture and destruction of the drugs ordered.
Maffia also pleaded guilty to driving when the alcohol level was above the legal limit on May 12, 2025—driving disqualification imposed.
Elliot Gibbon, 25, of Mawneys, Romford, appeared on June 20, 2025, and must pay £133.00 in a fine, costs, and a surcharge.
He pleaded guilty to common assault contrary to the Criminal Justice Act 1988 on May 30, 2025, at Romford.
Compensation ordered.
Joshua Smith, 32, of Curtis Road, Hornchurch, appeared on June 20, 2025, and must pay £111.00 in costs and a surcharge.
He pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug – cocaine – contrary to section 5(2) and Schedule 4 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 on June 3, 2025, at Hornchurch.
Conditional discharge for six months was imposed.
Forfeiture and destruction of the cocaine ordered.
He must pay all amounts by July 18, 2025.
Anthony Fitton, 45, of London Road, Barking, appeared on June 20, 2025, and must pay £50.00 in a fine.
He pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a community protection notice contrary to sections 48(1) and 52 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 on June 19, 2025, at Station Parade, Barking after entering the area in breach of the notice.
Thomas Haden, 38, of Flemming Avenue, Leigh-on-Sea, appeared on June 20, 2025, and must pay £903.00 in a fine, costs, and a surcharge.
He pleaded guilty to assault by beating on November 30, 2024, in Barking and Dagenham.
Mr Haden also pleaded guilty to a second count of assault by beating and to criminal damage for destroying a laptop on the same date.
A community order lasting until December 19, 2026, was imposed, including exclusion from the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham for five months enforced by electronic tag from 5 pm on June 20, 2025, and 30 days of rehabilitation activity.
A restraining order until December 19, 2026, prohibits contact with the complainants and entry to specified addresses.
He must pay all amounts by July 17, 2025.
Adeniyi Odubawo, 38, of St Marys Road, Ilford, appeared on June 25, 2025, and must pay £50.00 in a fine.
He pleaded guilty to criminal damage for smashing a care home window on November 16, 2024, in Ilford.
Mr Odubawo also pleaded guilty to damaging a second care home window the following day; no separate penalty was imposed.
