Eliezer Mbaki, 24, of Oulton Road in Tottenham is charged with perverting the course of justice yesterday (July 1).
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (July 2).
The police were initially called to gunshots on June 26 and officers attended Great Cambridge Road with the ambulance service.
When they arrived, 18-year-old Keanu was found injured and taken to hospital.
He later died from his injuries and his family are being supported by specialist police officers.
A 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons has been charged with murder.
He appeared at Highbury Magistrates’ Court on July 1 and is due at the Old Bailey on July 3.
A Met Police spokesperson has said that multiple lines of enquiry are still ongoing in the murder investigation.
