Data gathered by Property Solvers, taken from recorded house sales over the last five years, revealed that among Bromley’s most expensive streets to live on were Holwood Park Avenue and Pine Glade in Orpington, where the price of a house could cost would-be homeowners anything between £4.5 and £6 million.

On Holwood Park Avenue, five properties sold for an average of £6,341,000, in Pine Glade four properties sold for an average of £4,675,000 and one postcode in Forest Ridge saw three properties sell for an average of £4,566,666.

Bromley’s most expensive street sits just north of Holwood House, with its period detached homes and its leafy neighbourhood being within Orpington just on the fringes of Kent.

Yet some of Bromley’s cheapest streets to buy a house were Homesdale Road, Palace Grove and Widmore Road, where a property could cost as little as £85k.
