Priory Care Services, which operates from Croydon and Kingston upon Thames, received the accolade at the 2025 Top 20 awards hosted by homecare.co.uk.
The awards acknowledge the highest-rated care providers in the UK, based on reviews from care recipients and their families.
There are 966 care groups and 13,339 care providers in the UK, with Priory Care Services being among the best.
Almost one million disabled and elderly individuals receive home care, allowing them to live independently.
With the number of people over 65 in the UK expected to reach 22.1 million by 2072, the demand for home care is set to rise.
