The incident happened in Faraday Avenue just after 3.20pm yesterday (June 26).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a teen injured.
They were taken to hospital for treatment where their condition is unclear at this stage.
Road closures were put in place as the incident was dealt with, however, it has since reopened.
We have contacted Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade for further information.
A spokesperson London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 3.22pm on Thursday 26 June to reports of a road traffic collision on Faraday Avenue, Sidcup.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.
“Our first paramedic arrived on scene in four minutes.
“We treated a teenager and took them to a major trauma centre by road as a priority.”
