The fire broke out at an address in College Road near Alexander Road at around 10.30pm yesterday (June 25).
Road closures are in place at the junctions with Longdown Lane and Reigate Road following the fire.

Officers are urging residents to avoid the area while emergency services deal with the blaze.
It is unknown whether any injuries were reported.

A spokesperson for Surrey Police said: “We are currently out assisting our colleagues from Surrey Fire and Rescue Service in dealing with a large fire at an address in Epsom.
“We were called around 10.30pm following reports that a number of lorries at an address in College Road were on fire.
“Road closures are in place at the junctions with Longdown Lane and Reigate Road and we are asking people to avoid the area while emergency services deal with the blaze.
“We will provide further updates as and when we are able to.”
