Designer Colours, in Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, will be shutting up shop for good on July 4.

Over the years, it grew into a small retail empire, with the Stanmore shop opening in the early 1990s and later becoming the home of the Axus Decor brand.

Jay Shah, director of Designer Colours, said: “Our family business has been part of the Harrow community for over 50 years.

“It’s where the Axus brand took shape, and where we built relationships that went far beyond transactions.

The Stanmore shop is currently offering up to 75 per cent off of in stock items in a final clearance sale.
