The applications include extensions, window replacements, and boundary wall alterations.

Some of the proposed developments are located within conservation areas.

In Blackheath Conservation Area, plans have been submitted for the demolition of an existing conservatory at 1 Eliot Cottages on Hare and Billet Road and the construction of a single-storey rear extension (ref: DC/25/140289).

An application for 14 Baizdon Road (ref: DC/25/140183) seeks to increase the height of a rear garden boundary wall with timber cladding.

Blackheath Village Post Office on Blackheath Grove has also submitted a proposal for new signage, including an externally illuminated wall sign and a non-illuminated projecting sign (ref: DC/25/140314).

In the Brockley Conservation Area, 87 Manor Avenue has put forward plans to convert two flats into a single dwelling, demolish a lower ground extension, and install replacement windows and new doors (ref: DC/25/140075).

At 115 Breakspears Road, the council is considering the demolition of an existing conservatory and the construction of a single-storey rear extension, along with a proposed timber-framed window at first-floor level (ref: DC/25/140302).

The full list of applications and accompanying drawings are available to view via the Lewisham planning portal.

Comments or objections can be submitted to Laurence House in Catford within 21 days of the notice, dated June 11.
