Drivers using the Dartford Crossing are being warned that the east tunnel will be closed to traffic for four nights this week.
Closures will continue into Sunday, when the west tunnel will also be shut to traffic, with diversions in place via the National Highways network and contraflow systems.
There will be no closures at the Dartford Crossing on Friday (June 13) and Saturday (June 14) night.
The Dartford Crossing, linking Dartford in Kent to Thurrock in Essex, is one of the busiest routes over the River Thames – and the overnight works are expected to cause disruption through to Monday, June 16.
