New 20m high Beam Park phone mast among plans to Havering Council

The proposal, submitted as part of the latest batch of planning applications, aims to enhance digital connectivity in the Beam Park area.

The application, under reference M0002.25, outlines the installation of a 20-metre high telecommunications monopole.

This would support nine antennas, two transmission dishes, and five equipment cabinets.

The infrastructure is intended to be placed on land at New Road, next to Centurian Works.

The application was one of many validated by Havering Council between April 29 and May 5.

Other notable applications included plans for various home improvements around the borough.

In Emerson Park, several properties are the subject of applications for changes.

These include a part single/two-storey rear extension, porch, garage conversion, and new boundary wall and gates at 9 Curtis Road, Hornchurch, under reference P0473.25.

A single-storey rear extension and external alterations have been proposed for 28 Nelwyn Avenue, Hornchurch, under reference P0520.25.

Meanwhile, 60 Curtis Road, Hornchurch, has plans for a single-storey rear extension and part garage conversion, under reference P0584.25.

In Gooshays, 190 Dagnam Park Drive, Harold Hill, has applied for a dropped kerb, under reference P0310.25.

In Havering-atte-Bower, a garage conversion to habitable space has been proposed for 193 Clockhouse Lane, Romford, under reference P0586.25.

At 37 Upper Rainham Road, Hornchurch, there are plans for a single-storey rear extension following the demolition of the existing structure, under reference P0583.25.

In Hacton, 59 Suttons Lane, Hornchurch, has submitted an application for an extension and alterations to a nursery, including a two-storey extension and loft conversion, under reference P0466.25.

Harold Wood has seen a retrospective application for various single-storey extensions and alterations at 9 Homeway, under reference P0419.25.

A variation to footpath alignment in an approved residential redevelopment at the former Long Term Conditions Centre, Harold Wood Hospital, has also been proposed under reference P0544.25.

In Mawneys, 33 Wainfleet Avenue, Romford, has proposed a part single/two-storey rear extension and new side window, under reference P0568.25.

The same property has also filed prior approval for a 6-metre rear extension, under reference Y0118.25.

In Marshalls & Rise Park, 112 Dorset Avenue, Romford, has sought prior approval for a 6-metre single-storey rear extension, under reference Y0119.25.

In Rush Green & Crowlands, the Suzuki (Glyn Hopkin) dealership at 279–299 London Road, Romford, has applied for advertisement consent for fascia and welcome signage, under reference A0020.25.

At 82 Cecil Avenue, Hornchurch, there is a proposal for a garage conversion and single-storey rear extension, under reference P0565.25.

In St Andrew’s, 35 Wingletye Lane, Hornchurch, has applied for a single-storey rear extension and associated works, under reference P0594.25.

At 22 Hood Road, Rainham, there are plans for multiple extensions, including two-storey side and loft works, under reference P0530.25.

In Upminster, 8 & 9 Convent Close has proposed two-storey side extensions and internal reconfiguration, under reference P0359.25.

Finally, 35 Stewart Avenue, Upminster, has applied for a single-storey outbuilding to the rear, under reference P0516.25.

The applications are under consideration by the council.
