PC Stewart Clark, who retired in February, was accused of sexual misconduct against two former colleagues.
He denies all of the allegations.
On April 24, a Met Police misconduct panel found the allegations against PC Clark proved on the balance of probabilities and decided he would have been fired were he still a serving officer.
Two female officers gave evidence that he had slapped them on the bottom on separate occasions in 2021.
One of the slaps was witnessed by a neutral colleague who said he was “shocked”, the misconduct panel were told.
“When he slapped Officer A and Officer B on the bottom he sexually assaulted them, in the opinion of the panel,” a misconduct outcome report states.
The panel also found that during an officer training exercise where a female colleague was asked to simulate a weapons search, PC Clark hid a throwing star in his boxers.
As she searched he allegedly said “you’re nearly there, keep looking” with intent to embarrass her, then when she expressed her discomfort he replied “it’s only a bit of fun”.
The misconduct panel concluded that PC Clark had exhibited sustained, predatory behaviour.
It was decided that if he were still a serving officer the only appropriate and proportionate outcome would be to dismiss him from the police force.
