The ambulance service was called to Evering Road shortly before 5pm yesterday (April 29).
The air ambulance also landed on Hackney Downs Park, with people enjoying the warm weather sharing their concern on social media. Do we deffo know this was for the same incident?
One man was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital.
His condition is not known, nor if there have been any arrests.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted for details.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called on Tuesday 29 April at 4.50pm to reports of a stabbing in Evering Road, Hackney, N16.
“We sent resources to the scene including ambulance crews, a medic in a response car, an incident response officer and London’s air ambulance.
“We treated a man at the scene before taking him to a London major trauma centre.”
