It comes after emergency services were called with reports of a person injured in Coltsfoot Path at 12.48pm on April 21.
At the scene, a 20-year-old man was found suffering stab wounds and was taken to hospital.
A short while later, London Ambulance Service paramedics discovered a second man with injuries in Lavender Close.
The second victim, a 19-year-old, was also taken to hospital.
Both men’s injuries have been confirmed as non-life threatening or changing.
A 19-year-old man has been arrested by police on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and is in custody at this stage.
According to the Met, detectives are treating both stabbings as linked and believe they occurred inside a property on Briar Road.

In a statement, they said: “While the motive for the incidents remains under investigation, neither is believed to be gang-related and there is no wider risk to the public.”
Local neighbourhood patrols have been increased in the wake of the stabbings.
