The first incident was reported in Coltsfoot Path just before 12.50pm yesterday (April 21).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a 20-year-old man who had been stabbed.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries were assessed as non life threatening.
Shortly after, officers were alerted to a second victim who was stabbed nearby in Lavender Close.
A 19-year-old man was also taken to hospital where his injuries were also non-life threatening.
A man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and has been taken into custody.
The two incidents are being linked at this stage and are believed to have taken place inside an address in Briar Road.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called by the London Ambulance Service to Coltsfoot Path, Romford, at around 12:48hrs on Monday, 21 April to reports of a man with stab wounds.
“A 20-year-old man has been taken to hospital, his injuries are neither life-threatening or life-changing.
“A man (age awaits) was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and has been taken into custody.
“Shortly afterwards officers were alerted by the LAS to a second victim nearby in Lavender Close, Romford.
“A 19-year-old man was also taken to hospital. His injuries are neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
“The two incidents are being linked at this stage and are believed to have taken place inside an address in Briar Road, Romford.
“Any witnesses or anyone with information is asked to please contact police on 101, quoting ref CAD2951/21Apr.”
