Jarah Mashal, of Hindhead Gardens, Northolt was charged on Friday (April 18) with grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.
He appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court today (April 19).
This follows a stabbing which took place in Godfrey Avenue, Northolt, at around 8.14pm on Wednesday (April 16).
The London Ambulance Service (LAS) sent ambulance crews, an incident response officer and a member of the tactical response unit to the scene.

A teenage girl was treated at the scene before being taken to a hospital, where her injuries were later deemed as non-life changing.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “A 38-year-old man has been charged following a reported stabbing.
“Jarah Mashal, 38 (18.06.86), of Hindhead Gardens, Northolt was charged on Friday, 18 April with grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.
“The charge follows a stabbing that reportedly took place in Godfrey Avenue, Northolt on Wednesday, 16 April.
“He will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates Court today, Saturday, 19 April, charged with the above offence.
“The victim continues to be supported by officers.
“The investigation remains on-going.”
