Wayne, 61, was last seen in Spiral Street by a relative on April 10.
CCTV images revealed Wayne’s last known movements walking from Central Park from Market Street at 9.46am, walking near the bandstand.
Specialist teams being assisted by National Police Air Service and Kent Search and Rescue volunteers are continuing the search, with extensive checks in the areas of the town that include Central Park and Brooklands Lake.
Wayne is described as mixed race, bald, measuring at 6ft tall with a short beard and a moustache.
According to police, he may be wearing a pair of black jogging bottoms, a grey top, dark blue jacket and black shoes, and often wears a lanyard around his neck with two keys.
He is likely to be on foot and may also appear to walk with a shuffle.
Police say Wayne is known to frequent areas in Dartford including Lowfield Street and Princes Road.
Chief Inspector Lee Cheesman said: “Our last sighting of Wayne was on CCTV a week ago.
“Our searches will continue over the Bank Holiday weekend and I am urging local people living close to the park, including the Tree Estate, to check their properties, gardens and outbuildings.
“Cyclists, dog walkers and others who are out and about in the town and surrounding areas are also asked to remain vigilant.”
