The changes are due to engineering work or seasonal changes.
These will affect trains from Good Friday to Easter Monday (April 17 to April 21).
We have outlined and simplified the details so you can plan your journey this Easter weekend.
Good Friday to Easter Monday (April 18 to April 21):
Engineering work is taking place between London Victoria and Clapham Junction, closing some lines.
A reduced train service will run between London Victoria and Clapham Junction and East Croydon.
No trains will call at Battersea Park towards London Victoria. Customers for London Victoria should travel to Clapham Junction, then change for a train towards London Victoria.
Trains which usually run between London Victoria and London Bridge will not run.
Trains which usually run between London Bridge and Epsom will not run.
Trains which usually run between London Victoria and Littlehampton and Eastbourne will be diverted to run to and from London Bridge.
Trains that usually run between London Victoria and Reigate will be amended to run between Redhill and Reigate only.
Engineering work is also taking place between Eastbourne and Bexhill, closing all lines.
Buses will replace trains between Eastbourne and Hastings.
Journey times will be increased when using replacement buses.
Saturday and Easter Sunday (April 19 and April 20):
Buses will replace trains between Havant and Southampton Central.
Journey times will be increased when using replacement buses.
Easter Sunday and Easter Monday (April 20 and April 21):
Engineering work is taking place in the early morning between London Victoria and East Croydon, closing some lines.
As a result, from approximately 1am until 6.30am on Sunday and Monday mornings, buses will replace trains between London Victoria and London Bridge or Clapham Junction, and between Clapham Junction and East Croydon.
The 5.08am train from 05:08 London Victoria to Brighton and the 05:20 London Victoria to East Grinstead services will start from London Bridge.
No Gatwick Express services will run during these times.
