The incident happened in Plumstead High Street just before 12.20pm on April 11.
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene.
An ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic practitioner and an incident response officer also attended.

The woman was pronounced dead shortly after.

A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 12.17pm (Friday 11 April) to reports of a medical incident in Plumstead High Street, SE18.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic practitioner and an incident response officer.
“Our crews assisted our emergency services partners at the scene. Sadly, despite their best efforts, a woman died.”
