Police were called to an incident in Pinner Road around 3am yesterday (April 13).
The injured victim was taken to St Mary’s Hospital for treatment, where her injuries were deemed not to be life threatening or changing.
A woman was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and a crime scene put in place.
The police are no longer at the scene, but enquiries are ongoing.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “Police responded to reports of a female who had sustained a serious head injury on Pinner Road at around 03:00hrs on Sunday, 13 April.
“One female was arrested for grievous bodily harm.
“The victim was taken to St Mary’s Hospital where she received treatment. Her injuries were not deemed life threatening or life changing.
“A scene was put in place which has now been closed. Enquiries continue.”
