The television and social media celebrity visited Bright Little Stars Nursery in Barnet on March 27.
He led an exercise session, answered questions from the children, and even read them a story.

The aim is to improve physical and mental health across all ages.

“His energy and enthusiasm made exercising so much fun, and they were captivated by his storytelling.
“It was truly inspiring to see them so engaged and active.
“A big thank you to Joe for creating such a memorable experience for our nursery.”
