Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called to Uxbridge Road at 11.32am on April 10 with reports of an incident on a number 340 bus.
They were dispatched to the scene alongside paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
A man in his 70s was found stabbed and was taken to hospital for where his were confirmed as non-life changing.
Police are continuing with their enquiries to look for the attacker and have yet to make an arrest.

A Met spokesperson said: “Police were called to reports of a stabbing on a bus on Uxbridge Road, Stanmore, at 11:32hrs on Thursday, 10 April.
“Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service. One man in his 70s was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries have been found to be non-life changing.
“The have been no arrests at this early stage and enquiries are ongoing.”
