The crash happened on Sydney Road near the High Street around 4.30pm yesterday (April 10).
Emergency services attended and a woman was taken to hospital for treatment by ambulance.
Her injuries are neither life-threatening nor changing.
There have been no arrests, but police have asked anyone who witnesses the crash or has information to get in touch.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 16.39hrs on Thursday, 10 April to reports of a road traffic collision in Sydney Road, near High Street, IG6.
“Officers, the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade attended and found three cars in collision.
“A woman was taken to hospital with non life-threatening or life-changing injuries.
“No arrests have been made. Enquiries continue.

A London Fire Service spokesperson said: “Firefighters were called to a road traffic collision on Barkingside High Street yesterday.
“Crews made the scene safe after three vehicles were in collision. Two people were assessed on scene by London Ambulance Service crews and a woman was taken to hospital.
“The Brigade was called at 1645 and the incident was over for firefighters by 1734. Two fire engines from Ilford and Woodford fire stations attended the scene.”
The London Ambulance Service was also contacted for comment.
