Salima Kamara, a 27-year-old portrait photographer, was charged with attempting to murder Oshane Campbell on Tuesday, April 8.
A Met Police spokesperson said this follows an incident which took place at an address on Bracondale Road the previous day, when it was alleged that bleach was added to a number of food products.
The victim, aged 31, was taken to hospital but did not receive any life-changing or life-threatening injuries.
Kamara, of Bracondale Road, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday and was remanded into custody.
She will appear at the Old Bailey next month.
The investigation into the incident remains on-going.
