The incident happened in Hoskins Street near Collington Street just before 5.30pm yesterday (April 9).
Ambulance crews, a member of the Tactical Response Unit and an incident response officer attended and found a teen who had been stabbed.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to a London major trauma centre where his condition is unknown.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for a comment.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 5.28pm yesterday (Wednesday 9 April) to reports of a stabbing in Hoskins Street, Greenwich.
“We sent ambulance crews to the scene, including ambulance crews, a member of our Tactical Response Unit and an incident officer.
“Our crews treated a teenager at the scene, before taking him to a London major trauma centre.”
