The work will affect trains from April 7 through to April 10.
Trains on April 11 (Friday) will run as normal.
We have compiled all the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this week.
Monday to Wednesday (April 7 to April 9):
On Monday to Wednesday evenings, the 11.25pm train from London Victoria to Brighton train will be diverted after Haywards Heath to run to Brighton via Lewes and will not call at Burgess Hill or Hassocks.
The train will arrive at Brighton later than usual.
A replacement bus will run from Haywards Heath to Brighton calling at Burgess Hill and Hassocks.
Tuesday to Thursday (April 8 to April 10):
On Tuesday to Thursday, the 12.02am train from London Victoria to Worthing or Eastbourne trains will terminate at Three Bridges.
Replacement buses will run between Three Bridges and Brighton or Worthing, and between Three Bridges and Lewes or Eastbourne.
A train will run from Brighton to Worthing, departing Brighton at 1.21am.
