The incident happened in Streatfield Road around 11.40am today (March 12).
Paramedics treated a man for a leg injury before taking him to a hospital “as a priority”.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11.42am today (12 March) to reports of a road traffic collision in Streatfield Road, Harrow.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
“We treated a patient for a leg injury at took him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
The Metropolitan Police was also contacted but did not comment.
