A 17-year-old boy was found injured in Green Wrythe Lane at 11.30am on January 30.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as non life threatening.
Officers executed search warrants on March 5, where two 17-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
Both suspects have been bailed pending further inquiries.
The investigation remains ongoing, and police are actively pursuing several lines of enquiry.
In a statement, Sutton Police said: “On 30th January, a male was stabbed on Wrythe Lane, Carshalton.
“Following a thorough investigation, officers executed search warrants on 5th March, leading to the arrest of two 17-year-old males on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
“Both suspects have been bailed pending further inquiries.
“The investigation remains ongoing, and we are actively pursuing several lines of enquiry.
