Derek Johnson, 58, is suspected to have carried out “a number of sex offences” by befriending vulnerable victims online before travelling to meet them in person.
Gloucestershire Constabulary has shared a wanted appeal to search for the suspect, warning the public to not approach him.
Police believe he carried out offences in Kent, Gloucestershire and potentially other places in the UK.
He was arrested by Hertfordshire Police last month before later absconding from bail.
It is now thought he could be anywhere in the country.
Johnson is understood to have links in Kent, Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire, West Midlands, Devon, Yorkshire, Wales, Ayrshire, Northumbria and Northern Ireland.
Anyone who has seen Johnson or has information is asked to call police on 101 quoting 324 of 3 March.
