The incidents unfolded between February 28 and March 2 in Lewisham, Canning Town, Southwark, Paddington and Leyton.
Information about each incident is from the Metropolitan Police.
Boy, 17, taken to hospital after stabbing near Leyton park
A teenage boy was taken to hospital after being stabbed near a park in Leyton.
Officers were called to reports of a serious assault in Abbots Park just before 2.40pm on February 28.
London Ambulance Service crews also attended and found a boy who had been stabbed in the leg.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as non-life threatening.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
Boy, 17, fighting for life after Canning Town stabbing
A teenage boy is fighting for his life after being stabbed in Canning Town.
Police cordoned off a section of Hallsville Quarter in Hallsville Road after a knife attack on March 1 at about 8.35pm.
At the scene a 17-year-old boy was found who had been stabbed.
He remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition, the Metropolitan Police said.
Six people have been arrested in connection with the investigation.
Man taken to hospital after stabbing during fight in Southwark
A man in his 20s was taken to the hospital after being stabbed during a fight in Southwark.
Police were called to the Brandon Estate on John Ruskin Street at about 2.15am on March 2.
Officers attended and found the injured man, who was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Three people were arrested nearby in connection with the incident.
Man, 63, dies after assault outside Wetherspoons pub in Lewisham
A 63-year-old man has died after an assault outside a Wetherspoons pub in Lewisham.
The incident happened in High Street, Lewisham just before 8.40pm on March 1.
Officers responded with paramedics and found the man with life-threatening injuries.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where he later died.
His family have been informed.
Police believe the man was assaulted following a disturbance at The Watch House pub.
A 42-year-old man was arrested nearby on suspicion of murder.
He remains in custody at a south London police station.
Detective Chief Inspector Craig Magee, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, said: “This tragic incident happened in a busy part of south-east London.
“We would like to hear from anyone who was in Lewisham High Street or at The Watch House pub and has information about what happened.
“We have spent the night at the scene and there will be an increased police presence in the area today while we continue to gather evidence.
“I recognise the concern a crime of this nature causes.
“We have a suspect in custody, and based on the enquiries carried out so far, we do not believe there to be any risk to the wider community.”

A man was taken to hospital after a stabbing inside a Marks & Spencer food store in central London.
The incident happened in North Wharf Road near Paddington just after 12.20pm on February 28.
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man who had been stabbed.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as non-life threatening.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
An eyewitness, Adam, told GB News: “We saw someone running away from the M&S and heard shouting but didn’t get a look at him.”
