The entrance of The Bell on Forest Road has been taped off after the blaze spread near the front of the building today (March 1).
Its windows have shattered, and the walls have blackened while it was alight.
Firefighters were called to the scene just before 4am and three fire engines were sent over to prevent it from spreading.
The London Fire Brigade says that it caused “a small amount of damage to the frontage” and that there were no injuries reported.
A spokesperson for the brigade said: “This was a fire in the entrance way to the building, causing a small amount of damage to the frontage.
“No one was hurt. We were called just before 4am and sent three fire engines to the scene.”
