The incident happened at Doctor’s House in Cameron Road at around 9.30am this morning (February 28).
Officers arrived and arrested a man on suspicion of racially aggravated actual bodily harm and common assault.
Two men – including the suspect – were injured and taken to hospital for treatment where they remain.
Police enquiries are ongoing.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called to reports of an altercation at around 09:30hrs, on Friday, 28 February, in a GP Surgery on Cameron Road, Seven Kings.
“Officers attended. One man was arrested for racially aggravated actual bodily harm and common assault.
“Two men, including the suspect, were taken to hospital for treatment to their injuries, where they remain for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
