Three men were stabbed and three were arrested at 32 Portland Place on Sunday morning (February 23), with a closure order being placed on the house.
The house worth a reported £15 million is owned by Eddie Davenport.
He reportedly hosts sex parties at the address where Bonnie Blue claims to have slept with over 1,000 men in 12 hours.
Police have confirmed the three suspects have been released on bail for further investigation.
The three who were stabbed and one person who was injured have neither life-threatening nor changing injuries.
The closure order, which prevented anyone who did not live at the address from entering, has also expired after 48 hours.
It was at one of Eddie Davenport’s parties that the Sun reports the fight occurred.
Eddie Davenport told the Sun: “There were around 50 people at the party, and the individuals involved knew each other.
“Unfortunately, there are always people who go out, get drunk, and cause trouble. London is a big city, and incidents like this happen, but the important thing is that it’s been dealt with.
“There was no threat to our guests and the individuals involved knew each other.”
These details have not been confirmed by the police.
Eddie, who has been convicted of fraud, previously avoided a closure order being placed on his house after police said they were called to his parties 63 times.
Complaints were for alleged drug use, noise complaints and people being sick in the streets.
The street is also home to embassies and the headquarters of the BBC.
