Four people were hospitalised, three with stab wounds, and three men were arrested after police were called to 32 Portland Place at 7am on Sunday (February 23).
The house is where porn star Bonnie Blue is said to have recently slept with 1,057 men in 12 hours.
The property is on a premium street home to embassies and the BBC’s headquarters.
It has reportedly been the venue of upmarket sex parties, hosted by socialite Edward Davenport.
One woman, Deborah, told the Telegraph about a party at the property: “All the women were in lingerie and men were in suits.
“The house itself was quite bare and dilapidated, but I remember one room had a big white marble fireplace, and the basement had poles for women to dance on.
“There was also a VIP ‘Party Room’ where people were having sex.”
The Telegraph adds that Davenport recently successfully challenged a closure order application on his house in December, which would have banned anyone who wasn’t living at the property from entering.
It comes after the Met Police were reportedly dispatched to the address 63 times over the last few years.
This was for complaints over alleged excessive noise, allegations of drug taking, and vomiting in the street.
Following the recent stabbings, a closure order has now been placed on the property.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called to an address at Portland Place, W1 at 7am on Sunday, 23 February following reports of an assault.
“Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service and four men were taken to hospital. Three of the victims had sustained stab wounds. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
“Police arrested three men, including one man on suspicion of GBH and possession with intent to supply, one man on suspicion of GBH and another man on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
“A Section 76 Closure Notice has been placed on the property to prevent further disruption to the local area.”
Edward Davenport started Gatecrasher Ltd aged 20, organising huge parties for teenagers, before he was jailed in 1990 for unpaid VAT.
The Daily Express described the parties in 2011 as the scene of “Unbridled lust among upper-class Lolitas and public school Lotharios”.
